BC Assessment provides a full range of property assessment products and services to local governments including municipalities, regional districts and improvement districts. Our Local Government & First Nations Customer Department is focused on continually improving BC Assessment's property assessment and information products and services, our communications, and our collaboration with local governments and First Nations.

Electronic assessment data is available in bulk, in different electronic formats, and is produced by jurisdiction or on a province-wide basis. Data is available in the standard Data Advice format or can be customized to suit the needs of the client.

Through consultation with many local governments, BC Assessment has developed a standard building permit report that is fed directly into our database
Access electronic assessment roll information dating back to 1998 using this web-based technology is used because it is less costly to produce and maintain, easier to use and more environmentally friendly than microfiche.
